Shipping Policies

  • All orders will ship within 3 weeks after the preorder closes.
    All Sparkle & Shine orders are packed and shipped by Tia of Nailed It!.
  • If your polish arrives damaged, please email sparkleshinebox@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the broken item and the original packaging. 
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for paying reshipping costs.
  • Please note that due to recent USPS policy changes, we are no longer shipping internationally. All U.S. orders will ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
